  • Hello to all colleagues.
  • There is such a very interesting herb called Agrimony, which has a bunch of useful properties. But the main property that interests us is the taste of tea. For many years my family drank different teas with the addition of dried agaric with great pleasure. However, after two years of experience making fermented teas with a recipe 🔗, I decided to try making tea from fermented turnips. I collected the weed, removed the coarse parts, wilted it and put it in the freezer in a bag. Then I did 🔗 Zechariah. Scrolling through a meat grinder gave such nonsense Agrimony as a plant for tea... The granules crumbled into powder. Then I tried to roll another part of the leaves into sausages. Again, nothing good happened. The sausages scattered. Then I cut the leaves as they were and sent them to fermentation under pressure. After fermentation and drying, the result looked like this:Agrimony as a plant for tea.
  • I could not resist brewing, but for comparison, I simultaneously made tea from dried leaves. Outwardly, there are almost no differences:
  • Agrimony as a plant for tea Agrimony as a plant for tea.
  • But here the aroma and taste pleased. Interestingly, adding a very small amount of sugar (at the tip of a teaspoon), the taste is greatly enhanced.
  • But as an independent tea, the agrimony is not very good, although I liked its own taste, but not bright, as we would like. So there's room for mixes ahead.
