An interesting recipe - you must try. I just have ceramic cups from Shteba that I haven't put on at all (for 3 years of owning a shteba, somehow it didn't happen)

gawala, Galina, please tell me, how much egg mass should there be in a glass according to the level?

Is it like an omelette?
We must also try to cook this way.

I think this will be closer to a scrambled egg. Scrambled eggs if I'm not mistaken

Well, I have here straight from exactly one egg in the photo. half a glass. Shas wait, you need to measure the volume ..
So 250ml. I took what I had at hand. it turned out exactly half a glass of mass.

Scrambled eggs
Yes, something like that. but if you don't like this, then just add a little time and that's it.

45 minutes to cook an omelet? I'd rather lie in bed, and then in a frying pan in 5 minutes
My family will eat me in 45 minutes
Svetlenki
nuuuu, Twig, here everyone has different ways. And then what to say about those who sous-see eggs before reaching 63 degrees of protein, when it is perfect - not rubbery and does not flow? Heston Blumenthal and all that ...

The right omelet, delicious scrambled eggs ... I will wait 45 minutes for this
Twig
Well then, this should not be cooked for breakfast, but for dinner.
Ilmirushka
Twig, Veta, here with me, on the contrary, with breakfast you can dabble, we all love to sleep in the morning. But for dinner you need something faster.

I do not know. I take the recipes from the book for the Slow Cooker 1.5 liters in volume. Why not in a water bath, what is in the way? The mode is still high.

Why not in a water bath ...
I have a 0.7L micromotor .... Even two ... and one just on the water. bath.
But, I want to try dry as it heats up very quickly.
Can I add a tomato?

Treat the recipe as basic. I think anything can be added from tomato to sausage.
