Buns with lemon and blueberries

Ingredients

Dough:
dry yeast 4 g
wheat flour of the highest grade 250 g
milk 100-110 g
egg 30 g
salt 2.5 g
sugar 40 g
butter 50 g
lemon zest 0.5 tsp
Filling:
egg C0 60 g
sugar 75 g
milk 200 g
limoncello liqueur 50 g
wheat flour of the highest grade 40 g
blueberries or blueberries 100 g
Additionally:
egg for finishing 20 g

Cooking method
