Adjika with sweet and bitter peppers

Ingredients

Sweet pepper (red) 24 pcs
Tomato paste (good) 3 liters
Greens (parsley, dill, celery, cilantro, etc.) 300 g each
Garlic 12 heads
Bitter pepper (red) 8 pcs
Sugar 18 Art. spoons
Vinegar Essence (70%) 12 tea. spoons
Salt 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Clean and wash everything. Prepare a meat grinder with a fine grid.
  • Twist all vegetables in any order.
  • Transfer to a saucepan.
  • Add tomato paste, salt, sugar, vinegar.
  • Stir well (more than once) and leave in the kitchen overnight (if cooking in the evening).
  • Do not cook.
  • Arrange in jars in the morning.
  • Keep refrigerated. Treat relatives and friends.

Having tried adjika in our family (my very good friend Nina Vakhitovna treated it), they appreciated it.
The recipe was approved. And away we go: first we did it in the above portions. Then they reduced it by 1/2 portion (probably full). Believe me: it turns out very tasty. I have already shared this recipe with many. And so I decided to bring it out for everyone to see. I think you will like it too. Very tasty with meat, soup and even sweet tea. Bon Appetit!
