Ingredients

Chicken liver 500 gr.
Onion 2 pcs.
Big carrots 1 PC.
Hard cheese 50-100 gr.
Soft prunes 150 gr.
Mayonnaise 150 gr.

Note

I don't coat the layer between the liver and onion with carrots with mayonnaise.
I don’t add salt to the salad, since we have enough salt, you can choose to taste.
If the prunes are very dry, then first soak them in water, then dry them and use them in a salad. I use soft prunes as the salad tastes much better.
