Sand pie with pears and marzipan

Ingredients

Flour 170gram
Sl. oil 100 + 10gram
Powdered sugar 80gram
Milk 3 tbsp. l
Corn starch 2 tbsp. l
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pears 1-2 pieces
Lemon 1 PC.
MARZIPANE PASTE
Nuts (I have hazelnuts) 250gram
Sl. oil 100g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Powdered sugar (vanilla) 40gram
Baking powder 1 / 2h l

Cooking method

  • Sand pie with pears and marzipan
  • DOUGH
  • I cooked in Kenwood.
  • Put 100g in the bowl of the combine (food processor with a knife). chilled butter, add flour, starch, powder and salt.
  • Set the min speed, grind everything into crumbs and, without turning off the combine, add milk in a spoonful until the dough rolls into a ball. Time approx. 3 minutes (depends on flour and butter)
  • Grease the round shape with the remaining (10g) oil and immediately lay out the dough, kneading with your hands over the entire shape so that a side is formed. Place the mold in the freezer.
  • MARZIPANE PASTE
  • At this time, in the main bowl (I have a plastic one) we put the nuts chopped in a food processor with a knife at 1 speed for 5 minutes, or nuts passed through a meat grinder, add soft butter and mix with a K-shaped nozzle at 1 speed (who does not in a combine - you can simply stir with a silicone spatula, spoon). Without ceasing to interfere, we add eggs, sah. powder, baking powder. We knead everything well for about 3-5 minutes (also depends on the grinding and dryness of the nuts and on the degree of softness of the oil)
  • Cut the pears into 4 parts, remove the core and cut into slices, without cutting through to the end and sprinkle with the juice squeezed out of the lemon.
  • Sand pie with pears and marzipan
  • We take out the form with the dough from the freezer, at the same time turn on the oven at 180 * and spread, evenly distributing, the marzipan paste. Lay the pears in a fan on top.
  • Sand pie with pears and marzipan
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 180 *.
  • BON APPETIT.

Note

I saw the recipe in the program of Y. Vysotskaya. I love her recipes very much.
The pie turned out to be tender, easy to prepare, very aromatic and tasty.
Julia brought this recipe from Georgia.

Well Olenka, now we will eat your pie Olya, tell me, but marzipan from hazelnuts tastes like almonds or a little different, well, I don’t like marzipan paste from almonds, how much I haven’t tried both marzipan candies and marzipan itself

Yes, I don't really like almonds either, but hazelnuts are just what you need! This is exactly what I liked, although the author has different nuts in general, there are chestnuts and almonds.

I love pear in baking, it gives it juiciness and sweetness, but I haven't tried hazelnut marzipan, you will definitely have to try

the author generally has other nuts, there are chestnuts and almonds.
It is easier for us to find any exotic nut than chestnuts, some do not even know what they are, for some reason they are not brought to our stores

Yes, I didn't write it in the recipe, maybe not everyone needs it .. when I pulled out the pie from the oven, I greased the pears with butter on top .. just a little - just a little for shine and taste, and the pear became just alive, otherwise it dried out a little during baking.
I also love pears in baking
