Ekaterina2
Good day to you, members of the forum! (And if it’s already evening, a long time ago, or morning is coming - too good! Anyway, good day!)
I want to show my new thing, tell about its features, my culinary experiences. Suddenly someone just did not have enough for complete happiness! (Or all of a sudden I didn't want anything new for a few days ..... And here once - and I want to! Immediately life will be painted with new colors!)
So, the introduction is over ...

No! It's not over! Part two....
Last spring my husband and I went to China, to the island of Hainan. And there, among other interesting things, I saw a small multicooker. So pretty! I felt it and cuddled it, and examined all the insides .... And my husband even said: "Don't worry, buy it!" (he is my superman). But I felt sorry for my husband - to drag the box across all of Russia with several transfers and cities .... And I said no! And the memories remained ...

And then .... And then Larssevsk boasted of her new maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa multicooker! And zealous flared up here, and little hands started climbing the Ali-express - you can't stop. And without thinking twice, I sent my husband a link (he is my Ali-master in the house). He quickly ordered, quickly paid, quickly went to the transport company for her in a month, he himself brought the box to the 3rd floor and said - ON!

Well, again ..... Well, that's enough. I present a Chinese-made multicooker Oushiba CFXBOB-WDN06-25.
Multicooker Oushiba CFXBOB-WDN06-25
The color on Ali's website was a choice - red, white and "gold". This is gold. Just Chinese gold.
It is small at all. Here it is compared to other CFs. I even raised the handle for her, intended for carrying, to make it look more solid.
Multicooker Oushiba CFXBOB-WDN06-25
But I put my hand on top of her
Multicooker Oushiba CFXBOB-WDN06-25

And now we will open and see what is inside ... and there is a POT !!!!!!
Multicooker Oushiba CFXBOB-WDN06-25
As much as 1.2 liters. Although we, experienced multi-leaders, it is clear that her working volume is 800 ml .....
And inside there was a double boiler (even silicone legs!) And a 90 ml superfood multi-glass. Well, don't laugh, you can hear it through the screen!
Multicooker Oushiba CFXBOB-WDN06-25
The spoon is tough, it went straight into the box with the things that were not thrown yet. We cannot even climb into toy multicooker with such spoons on pain of starvation! Everyone observes the rule. There are enough silicone bells and whistles.
Here it is with the lid open.
Multicooker Oushiba CFXBOB-WDN06-25
You can plug it directly into our outlet, without any adapters and other things. The cord is long, more than a meter.
Program times vary

KaterinaAnd the inscriptions in Chinese, how do you understand what modes are there? And what is the volume of the bowl in this cartoon? How much did this device cost you? We need to look at Ali.
Ekaterina2
velli, yes, the inscriptions are in Chinese and English.
Here is the translation and program time:
Slov cooking - slow cooking, 40 minutes
Quick - quick cooking, 30 min
Porridge - porridge, 2 hours
Multifrain - multi-chef (there are many in direct translation .....?), 2 hours
Crusted - frying (literally - covered with a crust), 40 min
Keep warm - heating, 12 hours
Coup - soup, 1 hour 30 minutes
Yogurt - yogurt, 8 hours.
She even has a turn-on delay!
Now it costs 4,153.89 rubles. August 1 cost 3700.

Today she began her tests - her husband went on vacation, but I want to eat.
So, the first pancake did not come out lumpy! One MC (multi-glass) of washed millet, one MC of water, 2 MCs of milk, salt - and for the Porridge program! (2 hours) Everything is cooked, heated, the lid is clean, the cartoon itself is heated. Did she squeak? I can't even say - I was not at home. The volume for me is 2 servings - there just 2 glasses turned out.
velli
Katyusha, thanks for the information! How tiny she is at 1.2 liters! and the shape of the bowl is oblong or am I mistaken? Probably it is convenient to fry fish or cutlets in it and it is convenient to mix, turn over. Katyusha, try it on frying, please! if it fries normally, with a crust and quickly, then I'll order myself on Ali too. Please measure the height of the bowl in this mule!

Katyusha forgot to ask about the time of each mode and whether it can be changed + or - or it is stable only by turning off the cartoon if necessary early (porridge-2 hours, for example, it seems too much to me). Prog. How does the soup behave? Is the boil quiet or active throughout the program?
Ekaterina2
velli, the program time is changing - added a photo of the display to the first message. Dimensions: Height 7 cm, length 14.5 cm, width 12 cm. There is an oval with rounded-square tips.
Frying fish .... must be tried, the saucepan is too thin. Stir, turn ... with tongs, I think you need. The spatula is uncomfortable - the saucepan is small! I won't say about the soup - I'm testing the first day. And I started to like the soup more. I rarely fry anything. One of these days I will try an omelet with vegetables - I will report how quickly the frying program works.

I tried the frying program. Two minutes after turning on the program, she squeaked loudly - apparently warmed up and was ready for work. Briskly enough she fried a slice of courgette and three slices of chicken sous vide. We draw a preliminary conclusion - for products that do not require long frying, it will definitely fit. And yes, turning tongs are needed (or a super-small spatula)
velli
KaterinaThank you for testing vegetables and meat! (y) Katyusha, why "products that do not require long frying" something confuses you in this process? Does the cartoon turn off or something else? explain! It seems that the Frying mode is there, as you write, as much as 40 minutes. Turning over to the other side is inconvenient, probably because of the small height of the bowl of 7 cm, or I'm already making it up!
Ekaterina2
velli, the cartoon does not turn off, everything is normal. And about the time - I do not plan to fry something for a long time in it, than more "to the crust". It is inconvenient to turn over not so much because of the height of the bowl, but because of its length and width, it is small. And I would say that this is not an inconvenience, but a feature.
Ekaterina2
So today was the omelet. I switched on the frying program, waited with the lid open, while she squeaked, poured a spoonful of oil and a couple of tomato slices, and closed the lid. After 2 minutes, I opened the lid, poured 2 scrambled eggs and closed the lid again. And I noticed that the display again showed 30 minutes, as if she had started the program over again! But I didn't wait to see if she squeaked again - my omelet was ready in a minute, I didn't want to fry it. But the omelet is ready and good! Offset.
Ekaterina2
Continue eat test the Button. I cooked vegetables today. A spoonful of butter, finely chopped carrots, a third of bell pepper. Fried for a couple of minutes, then layered chicken sous vide, zucchini, eggplant. After 20 minutes, I mixed it - the large Taper scraper turned out to be very convenient for this. The opening button was hot! You must use a towel. The vegetables were very actively cooked, but not fried - there was a lot of juice from the vegetables. I poured a spoonful of cream and closed the lid. After completing the allotted time, the cartoon did not squeak, the work button continued to burn red.
The vegetables are tender, just for me 2 times (cups!). Less time is possible, of course, but I wanted to run the program to the end.
velli
KaterinaWhat a fine fellow you are! Share your cooking experience for your new baby toon! I went to Ali to see your mule. So good, cute, but the price for it did not attract too high for her. But she put it in the basket, maybe the seller will throw off the price on it. I chose the red one for now.
Ekaterina2

Agree. For this price you can buy on the stock. Element is a more serious thing. But toys are so nice ...

Multifrain - multi-chef (there are many in direct translation .....?), 2 hours
Multigrain is not a multigrain, but a multigrain, that is, a program for (a mixture of) different grains.
Ekaterina2, and have you tried cottage cheese casserole (you are not going to try it) for "crusted cooking"? Curious if it will burn or not?))
Ekaterina2

Multigrain is not a multigrain, but a multigrain,
Thank you! It's a pity, in the first post it is already impossible to fix it.
Casserole ..... there was no such thought. Why not? I don’t make cottage cheese casseroles at all (we have a good gingerbread Fair going on, a pound of cottage cheese goes there at once). But, if I suddenly get ready, then, probably, I will do cooking at Slov. The casserole must be baked and fried.

Well, good luck! I thought that since you have vegetables without a crust before. fasting, then the frying is not very intense and the casserole may well work out. In the topic at the link below, isp temp. 120 degrees, hence my proposal went. It all depends on how many degrees the crusted cooking is.

Ekaterina2
Well, casserole.
200 grams of cottage cheese, 1 egg, 2 spoons of Fitparad. In the middle is a layer of fresh cranberries. Greased a saucepan with butter, sprinkled with ground breadcrumbs. After 40 minutes (the program squeaked), I opened the lid and allowed it to cool.

Ekaterina2, congratulations on successful. experiment. Thank you. The casserole looks like a giant cheesecake, I hope it is properly fried inside.

I went to Ali on the topic of this rice cooker, where a spiteful aunt writes in reviews that on all programs except for soup, the liquid boils violently outward. Is it wrong with you?
Larssevsk
Quote: walexyz
Is it wrong with you?
Absolutely not. I will say more, of all the multicooker only this one and Redik 01 never ran porridge in the "porridge" mode
walexyz
Larssevsk, well, since she is like a snail, she cooks porridge for 2 hours, she would still run here. You wouldn't die of hunger while you wait))
Larssevsk
walexyz, I put porridge in it in the morning, so I really like everything. It's strange, I climbed to read the review of an evil aunt and found that my review had disappeared somewhere.
velli
walexyz, I also read this review and somehow the desire to have it quenched. And that's how it comes out! and quite the opposite! after Katyushin's review, the negative impression seemed to recede. Let's wait for the action on it!
Larssevsk
Quote: velli
the desire to have it somehow faded away
Everything is individual, but now it's my favorite.
walexyz
velli, I liked other 1.2l rice cookers there on Ali, especially the most expensive one, the cat costs almost nine pieces)). And this, to be honest, looks a little unfinished: there is really no sound signal, the time is almost never regulated, the modes are difficult to understand in their duration and purpose ... These are the pies with kittens IMHO.))
Larssevsk
Quote: walexyz
I have other rice cookers there
So who needs what for. I was looking for a multicooker for one serving with a good bowl and a correct porridge mode. It meets my needs 100%. Dog with soup, me with porridge and omelet. If I was looking for a rice cooker. would buy another device
velli
I have never cooked milk porridge with a delay, and waiting 2 hours is really too long. Element cooks porridge for me in 30 minutes. The same mule would like to adapt more for frying, I do not want to mess with pans and I do not want to wash the stove from the oily splashes.
Ekaterina2

The cheesecake is very good. My husband will only do this! He loves my cheesecakes. You just need to buy more raisins .... Everything is baked inside.
I should try to make a real casserole ..... maybe my cheesecake is a real casserole?
Quote: walexyz
liquid boils violently outward
I still had nothing to boil, so that outside. Porridge, stewed vegetables - everything is left inside .... I didn't cook soup.

That is, you can set the frying on a timer for 10 minutes and hear a joyful squeak at the end. Done, and not wait half an hour for the end of the program, so to speak, "until the first coals"? The obvious, the incredible! Happiness exists, it cannot but eat! ))
Ekaterina2

Tomorrow I'll fry an egg for breakfast - I'll practice changing the time. I just turn off the program if I need to, that's all.

The practice turned out to be concrete and ruthless, as always: the time changes only on the multi-grain program - 30 minutes are added. And although a minus is also drawn on the button with a timer, the time is not minus (or have I not yet found how to do this? ...)
Quote: Ekaterina2
I just turn off the program if I need to, that's all.
This means that I will do this.
walexyz
Ekaterina2, thank you.
Do you still have a sound signal at the end of the full Crusted program or not? Or just a dull click like in Redbear or nothing? Different opinions were expressed.

Also, if you try to cook frozen vegetables for frying on Crusted, such as Hortex, Four Seasons, or whatever you sell there, they will be fried to a crust or only stew in their own. molten ice. How do you feel about the program?

The time can probably be adjusted automatically (within the total time in the program, of course), if you buy a socket with a timer.
Ekaterina2
I haven't been here for a long time ...
walexyzI didn't stew frozen vegetables in it, I don't know. I should try to make vegetables with an omelet, but I don't fry vegetables there, but pour the boiled ones with a mixture of milk and eggs ...
And so the cartoon regularly works, I cook porridge.
I pour boiling water over the cereals, salt, sugar (although more often Fit Parade), I put on the Porridge program. After 15 minutes, pour in milk, another 15 minutes. Then I turn off the program. I add oil. Very comfortable vessel for 2 people!

Ekaterina2, ATP for the answer.
And why do we need such 15-minute dances with a tambourine around the multi. Why everyone, incl. milk, do not pour it immediately and just turn on the program?

I was not interested in vegetables and casseroles as such, but in the Crusted cooking mode. There is such a chuyka that it is impossible to fry on it properly due to its low power, but it is too hot for baking. In short, neither fish nor meat)) If you manage to fry / bake something, show me pliz.
