Cooking method

  • For the dough, put salt and sugar in warm milk, stir. Add melted butter and egg, stir again.
  • Put yeast in flour. We take yeast that is poured into flour, without sponge.
  • Make a depression in the flour, pour in the milk mixture. Stir first with a fork, then with your hand. Knead until your hands are clean, that is, until the dough sticks to your hands and bowl. Cover the bowl with the dough with a foil and put it in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours. Siege 1 time.
  • While the dough is coming up, prepare the filling.
  • Peel the apples, cut them into small cubes and fry in butter for 5-7 minutes. Then, if you wish, add cinnamon. Stir, transfer to a plate and cool completely.
  • Divide the finished dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each piece into a bun and leave to approach for 10-15 minutes.

The filling was done 50:50 (quince / apples), simmered in ghee and sprinkled with a mixture of cinnamon + apel. and lemon. dry crusts + 5 allspice peas (coffee grinder). The dough was made in KhP, and since the plans changed a bit, the dough was sent to the refrigerator (almost for a day). The cake turned out great, almost 10 cm high.
