Ingredients

sugar 100 g
cocoa powder 20 g
glucose (invert, corn) syrup 55 g
butter 30 g
milk 30-60 g
salt optional chips.
vanilla optional taste

Cooking method

  • Chocolate sauceMix all ingredients in a saucepan (except for butter and vanilla). Put on fire. With constant stirring, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Chocolate sauceRemove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Stir until the oil dissolves. Transfer to glass and refrigerate for up to two weeks. Remove and heat slightly before serving.
