Tatyanawhat an interesting bread turned out, spongy, looks airy.
Isn't that much yeast for such an amount of 12g? What yeast do you use?
Where do you buy gluten? I have not met anywhere else.

Alla, since there is no flour in the bread, then such an amount of yeast is the very thing, in the finished bread, neither the taste nor the smell of yeast is felt at all.

Elena, the bread in preparation is simple, only I would take a smaller shape (I have 24x12), so that it turns out higher, although this is not important. I baked bread for myself, because I thought that my peasants would not eat that, and they pushed me forward well, at least they left me for a test

In the absence of access to flour, from which only the people have not contrived to bake a semblance of bread ... It is clear that you want to eat ...

All the same, bran is not cockroaches and crickets: the world's first insect bread was sold in Finland

The Finnish company Fazer started to produce bread, which uses insects - crickets as raw materials. The new food product appeared on November 24 in bakeries of more than ten hypermarkets in Helsinki. It is called the Fazer Cricket Bread, Helsingin Sanomat reported.

According to company representatives, this is the world's first commercially produced insect bread. Before that, cockroaches or crickets could only accidentally get into the dough. So far, cricket flour is not enough to feed the entire country. Therefore, the company intends to capture the Finnish market in stages. Over time, Fazer Cricket Bread will be available at all 47 of the firm's bakeries.

The production of one loaf takes about 70 domestic crickets. They are dried and ground into powder, which is added to flour. Insects are light in color.Their content in bread is about 3% of the weight of the finished product.

In his opinion, everything points to the fact that insects will become an important ingredient in food in the Western world in the future.

Isn't gluten + starch almost flour? And with the bran, the flour becomes whole grain :) mSo, in my opinion, the name of the recipe "without flour" is not entirely correct
