Warm salmon salad with camembert.

Ingredients

fillet is fresh. salmon 500 gr
Camembert cheese 100 gr
White leeks part 1 stalk
Arugula large bunch
cilantro leaves (optional) handful
Mustard with grains 5 tbsp l.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tbsp l.
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Cooking method

Rinse the arugula and cilantro, dry and place on a large serving dish.
Wash the fish fillets, dry and cut into medium pieces.
Cut the leeks (white part) into thin half rings.
Cut the cheese into small slices.
Mix the mustard and lemon juice, roll the fish there, try to keep each piece in the mustard seeds. While the pan is heating up, let the fish remain in the marinade.
Pour oil into a preheated pan and squeeze the fish with grains for 2-3 minutes on each side. It is advisable not to overdry the fish. Put the finished fish on a plate and set aside.
And add art. a spoonful of water, onion and fry it for 5-7 minutes. Reduce temperature to minimum. Add honey and soy sauce. Mix. Return the fish to the pan and heat.
Place the warm fish on the prepared herbs (serving dish). Drizzle over the sauce from the pan and garnish with cheese on top.

Of course, there were some simplifications. : umnik2: The first is leeks.It is rarely used in our kitchen, it is stored a little and is not sold everywhere. In addition, having bought it for a dish, you never fully use it. Therefore, for such cases, I keep a couple of shallot onions in the refrigerator. My experience shows that it is quite possible to replace the leek with it, if you suddenly want to do something with the leek, but it is not.
Second, there was no Camembert in the house (although I realize that the taste of the salad will be delicious and festive with it), I put in mozzarella. And my salad turned out to be just delicious and everyday.
Everything else is prescription.
Well, and I'll tell you that it is sooooooo delicious! It is precisely the combination of the flavors of arugula, fish, sauce and cheese. I will repeat it more than once, because we respect salmon very much. Tatyana, thank you for such a simple, quick and refined recipe.

The only thing I would like to add. Before frying the fish, remove the oil splash stop device from the bins. Because, you need to fry the fish without a lid, so that it is beautiful and does not fall apart, and mustard seeds shoot throughout the kitchen when heated. I have such a grill, but it lies far away, until I got it, the seeds scattered. Cook in advance.

Same with cilantro, not everyone likes it. You can put it down, but you can do it. Arugula is required.
