The recipe is lazy, I even rushed to the kitchen without something midnight to repeat.
With nuances: I put about 30g of starch, a tablespoon from a baker's bread machine. I didn't like rolling the dough, even with my hands in oil - just smear it. Without hesitation, I decided that the density of starch is more than flour and therefore the total weight of 150 is not enough, I added flour to the consistency of a pastry potato that had stood on the table for a long time (I probably scooped two or three spoons with a strainer from the bag and did not pay attention to the quantity).
I rolled it into sausage, cut washers, made holes with the back of the pusher. I don’t know if I’m going to start, most likely not. Because the baking powder is the same - judging by the fact that it is finished in the oven from dents, only one name will remain. They're also cracked like oatmeal cookies, but larger. It already smells delicious, which will eventually turn out to be added later.
