Ingredients

Chicken breast 400 gr (I had 270 gr)
Eggs 1 PC
Soda 1/4 h l
Kefir (I have 2% yogurt) 3 tbsp
Salt pepper, Taste
Favorite spices and herbs (I have smoked paprika, curry, nutmeg, cordamom, dried garlic) Taste
Corn flour (for sprinkling) Approx. 50 g
Dried lavash crumb (for sprinkling) Approx gr 15

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces of about 1 cm.
  • 2. Put in a bowl, salt, pepper, add herbs and spices, soda. We mix.
  • 3. Beat the egg with a fork and mix with kefir.
  • 4. Pour this mixture into the chicken, stir and let stand for 20 minutes (you can do more! Nothing will happen.)

  • 5. Pour in flour for deboning and sprinkle on pieces of breaded meat. I did it in two ways.

  • 6. Put on a baking sheet. I put a non-stick mat on.

Thanks, I will definitely try. I roll my nuggets a little differently. I make breading from the leftover bread as I read here (I pass the leftover loaves and black loaves through a fine grater on a food processor, and then dry the crumbs in the oven), add at least 1/3 of the flour (you can rye) and a little pepper. I somehow forgot to add flour, and the crust fell off the chicken.
