Cabbage snack cake

Ingredients

fresh white cabbage 350-400 grams
egg s-1 1 piece
flour (I have equal parts of whole wheat and flaxseed) 2-3 tablespoons
salt, chopped herbs taste
For filling
low fat processed cheese 200 grams
natural yogurt or kefir 30-50 grams
boiled egg 1 piece
garlic 1-2 teeth
salt, herbs, spices taste

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the cabbage, sprinkle with salt, mash, leave for 10 minutes.
  • Drain the juice. Punch the cabbage into the puree with a blender.
  • Beat in an egg, salt, add herbs.
  • Add flour little by little. The dough should be like a pancake. Leave on for 10 minutes.
  • Grease a frying pan with a diameter of 18, maximum 20 cm.
  • Divide the dough into equal parts. Spoon into the pan, spread evenly, and fry on both sides over medium heat.
  • These are the pancakes.

  • Cool completely.
  • I got 4 pancakes. If they fall apart a little, it's not scary, in finished form it will not be noticeable.
  • For the filling, you can take this cheese

  • Low fat processed cheese
  • Or any other melted at will.
  • Pour in kefir, beat well with a whisk, add salt if necessary, add herbs to taste, chopped garlic. Mix.
  • Add the egg, grated on a coarse grater. Stir again.
  • Collect the "cake" by smearing the cabbage pancakes with "cream". Also coat the top, sprinkle with herbs, if necessary.
  • Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
