Cooking method

  • 1. Mix water, milk, eggs, vanillin, sweetener. Whisk. Add sifted flour and cocoa. Beat well again so that there are no lumps.

I wanted another tasty treat for morning tea. The daughter remembered about the pancake cake (made from spinach pancakes). She said that I want the same again, tender and tasty. Resolved! There will be a pancake cake. But I didn't want to repeat myself. As a result of my "creative torment" I got such a cake. Not very, maybe beautiful in design, but very delicate and tasty in taste!
