Colored chicken rolls

Ingredients:

Chicken Breasts with Skin 2 pcs.
Bulgarian red pepper 1 PC.
Hard cheese 100 g
Chopped parsley, dill or cilantro taste

Cooking method

  • Remove the skin carefully - it will come in handy later. Separate the fillet, beat off a little. Spread the fillet, add salt (depending on the salinity of the cheese), pepper, put grated cheese, strips of bell pepper (along the roll), herbs on it in layers. Roll up rolls, wrap in leather, secure with skewers or wrap with thread. Wrap the fillet, for which there was not enough skin, without it. Coat the rolls with vegetable oil, sprinkle with the Three Peppers mixture (or whatever you like). Place on a heatproof dish, microwave on the wire rack. Grill + Microwaves until cooked or on an automatic program (40 minutes). About 10 minutes before being ready, turn the rolls over to brown the bottom.


The total cooking time is approximately

40 minutes.

COMBI (micro + grill) or automatic mode
