Cooking method

  • Fast cheesecakes
  • Cottage cheese, milk, pods. butter, sugar, vanillin, salt, egg, beat well with a mixer, add flour with baking powder, beat. Well, or just mix well.
  • The dough turns out to be soft, divide into 8 parts, powder with flour. It can be divided into 16 parts.
  • We spread on a baking sheet with cakes.
  • Soften the butter and lightly press the pieces into the dough.
  • Distribute the berry on top (I had frozen currants), sprinkle it with sugar and almond leaves. Or you can sprinkle with coconut, who likes. And you can not sprinkle with anything, it will still be delicious!

I took a 180g pack of cottage cheese without counting the rest of the ingredients, instead of sugar I put a third of a cocktail spoon of "sweet stevia" [stevia rebaudioside A-97 (natural sweetener E960), erythrol (natural sweetener E968)] and instead of butter and berries I put grated cheese.
In general, these cheesecakes can be prepared with any filling.

I divided it into 20 parts, just a good size turned out to have a cup of tea and coffee.
I think that for such cheesecakes, if you make unsweetened ones, for example, with cheese, it is quite possible not to greatly reduce the amount of sugar in the dough, by about half.
My husband also really liked it.
