Pizza maker Princess 115001 does not bake

I tried to make pizza, it turned out like a crouton. The cheesecakes were fried from the bottom, but they remained raw on top. I just bought this device yesterday and don't understand how to use it. For I did not find recipes with a description of what temperature to set.
Help me please.

And on what test and how long did they keep it? it's clear about the temperature - probably at the maximum ...
Julia S
On yeast pizza dough. Found a recipe for a pizza dough.

Julia S
10 minutes

10 minutes? From a cold state ??? And a crouton? It can not be!
Julia S
And any other pastry crust below, and white, almost raw dough on top (

In general, for example, I always (mostly), except for pizza, of course, I bake everything with a revolution - cakes, pies, and fish ...

And the pizza, apparently, was baked on sooooo thin dough? Rolled into a piece of paper?
Julia S
The width of the rolled dough was approximately 1.5 cm
In the previous model, without a thermostat, everything was fine, but here I don't know what temperature and for what dish to set

You know, I also have a Tristar with a thermostat - I practically don't use it. It stands at the maximum and that's it. so, most likely, you got married - IMHO.

Julia S, Julia! Do you have a Princeska with temperature control? I have both. On the first Princess without adjustment, I first encountered almost the same problem: the pizza on top was completely unburned. I was taught at the Forum to grease the edges with tomato sauce and not pay attention. So I do it. I bake from 8 to. 12 minutes, I only look at the bottom of the pizza, lift it up with a spatula and check. As the bottom is baked, I take it out. The edges are not white due to the sauce, the cheese has melted, everything is fine. I don't bake cheesecakes in a pizza maker. She's not focused on them. Here it is necessary to bake something that requires a high temperature and a short baking time. IMHO. But the girls manage to bake everything, sometimes at intervals. Turn off the stove for a few minutes, then turn it on again. Craftswomen, inventors! Dont be upset! Everything will work out. You just have to adapt. And everyone has different stoves, some bake more, others have less. But if the top panel doesn't get warm at all, of course it's a marriage. While I was writing, you have already answered about the model. Those experiences you have .... can then really contact the service? But in any case, bake Pizza at the maximum.
Julia S
Yes, this one with a regulator. I thought at least the instructions would say where the temperature is. And then only the minimum and maximum. In a princess without a regulator, both pizza and pies turned out great.
