Hello everyone!
Our family has matured to buy a bread machine.
You need to decide which one to take, there are a lot of models on the Internet.
Here I read articles, trying to understand what's what.
Initial data: a family of 2 adults + 1 small, most often we buy rye bread, sweet pastries are planned. No preserves or jams. Possibly pizza.
Do I understand correctly that we need an oven with an average volume, a capacity of 800-1000, the presence of separate modes for kneading and baking?
What else have I missed?
I’m not sure about the window and the dispenser.
Price - we have 100-150 USD.
Does such a "miracle" happen in nature?
IP
With dough mode and dispenser! I have a Gorenje BM900 WII Bread Maker, there is a dough mode, but no dispenser - inconvenient and small! My friend has no dough mode, but there is a dispenser - also inconvenient!

Hello, dear forum users!
This is my first time here. I honestly studied several dozen pages, but I could not find the answer to my question
Please, help.
I don’t know which bread machine to choose for my mother. She's old, she and my dad live far away from me, she has a problem, the shop is closed nearby and now even for a loaf of bread you have to walk several kilometers. She baked bread herself, but now she cannot knead the dough, her hands hurt.
I am looking for a bread maker to knead the dough automatically, by itself and to be as easy as possible to operate for a very elderly person. Well, so that it is reliable, it will be a shame if it breaks down quickly, they cannot organize repairs in their village.
The choice is made more difficult by the fact that the budget is not large, I am looking for up to 5000, I plan to order via the Internet with delivery to their home.
In general, everything is quite complicated, but I believe that I can help mommy and make her life easier.
Thanks in advance for any hints.

Larisa7777, from cheap to fit your budget, there are good reviews about this Starwind SBR4163 stove
Again, there is no instruction for it, like a book with recipes.

A real oven that works right out of the box and without any problems is Panasonic, but the cheapest around 9000
fffuntic
Larisa7777, there is only one stove to operate every day. The only one for today, which is of the highest quality in terms of assembly. Unfortunately, only one. For the rest, at least the bucket assembly is weaker and periodically breaks down the more often, the higher the exploitation.
In your conditions, I would send you to Avito and offer to buy an old Panasonic model, but which was not in active use. I would agree on delivery by a transport company. If mom will each bake a day and you do not want to change buckets later and run around services, spend right now.

Although they talk about the high cost of this stove, but if you track supermarkets, then there are discounts, sales. Periodically, you can buy an old model at the price of budget stoves.

In management, all bread makers are unpretentious and there are very decent ones, but not for operation in the tail and in the mane. Mom can handle anyone. There is no stumbling block here.
It is only used as an assembly and as a baked bread.

Thank you for your feedback

She doesn't need every day, they live together, my old men. A regular loaf of store-bought bread lasts two to three days.
I’m afraid to buy used ones, there are no services in the village, so you don’t have to run if something goes wrong with the bread maker - it will just be a dead weight.
Anyway, thank you for your reply. So far I have made one conclusion for myself - there are no budget, reliable stoves. Or save up for an expensive Panasonic or take it from your hands, but cheaper.

Yes, there are simply more Panasonic owners and they clog the entire broadcast.
I have Redmond the Tenth (1910) not only perfectly bakes bread, but also cooks porridge, stews meat and vegetables, makes cottage cheese and yogurt, and soon I will take care of cheese and also add my bread machine to my assistants.

take it off hand, but cheaper.
Larisa7777, I bought my mom a Panasik on Avita for 5000r, but without instructions, a glass, a measuring spoon and stirring blades, stirring blades, I ordered a set in china for Ali for 700 rubles, so everything cost 5700r. I printed the instructions from the Internet, and a glass and a measuring spoon are not such a necessary thing, all housewives have measuring containers in the kitchen, teaspoons and tablespoons. Mom is happy, and she makes bread, and dough for pies and dumplings
But you don't need Redmond, it's a clean roulette, there may be a good stove, or maybe such a horror as mine, I had a Redmond, in front of Panasik, while he lives in the city as a dough mixer, and then, I tried recipes from Panasik in it do, completely wrong result. Crownyou're just lucky, they have a completely unpredictable quality
Crown
Mandraik Ludmila, you have an old Redmond model.
fffuntic
Galina, I always had at least two stoves at the same time. Panasonic and .... so I have something to compare with.
Whoever does not have Redmond from my friends, from multi to ... and it breaks down quickly enough with frequent use. Cartoons, skis ... were with relatives, tired of looking for spare parts for them.
In terms of build quality, there are no competitors to Panasonic.
In terms of functionality, there are very cool options here, more attractive than Panasik.

We recently discussed a domestic model here, but it costs about 7 thousand. Delicious on auto programs and programmed mode is, the crust is crispy on top.
Multicooker MX11 "Breeze" with the function of a bread maker and a kneader

If the question was about people living in a city with a service, then I would not oppose Redmond either. There you can pick up a model and, if anything, the service is nearby. Any modern budget can be used.
But for the village, with a guarantee of use without complaints, I will insist on Panasonic, even a completely old model. And even in Panasonic they will succeed right away, even without consulting on our forum.

Mine on the official website cost 10-11 thousand, and in the Internet store 7, so ...

Let me repeat myself. But when purchasing Panasonic, you simply take out the device from the box, take the book of the attached recipes, weigh according to its ingredients (this requires electronic scales naturally) and you end up with excellent bread
No need to follow, check
I threw it down, turned it off on a signal - everything, even a child can handle
fffuntic
Galya, I will repeat myself. You are experienced. You have access to an Internet. You will solve problems with faults. And there is a completely different picture. With any problem, people will be left without technology at all.
Do you agree to offer your manufacturer in such tough conditions?
Who agrees to offer another technique in such conditions: 2 times every week and so that it does not break for sure. To get it right away.
Crown
fffuntic, I am talking about my baking experience that began three years ago with this bread maker. It is not without flaws, but at the moment, it suits me perfectly.
fffuntic
that in general in my most favorites HP Brand, I love her more than Panasik, but even if it was sold now, I would not recommend it. Flimsy.
I don't even argue about functionality. A cartoon with a stove is more attractive only than a stove. The only question is how reliable it is during operation. Here I deeply doubt it. How often do you exploit it? What kind of load has it withstood during these three years?
strawberry
I fully support the Panassonic girls !!! At first I bought Moulinex, passed it on by relatives. Rarely baked, but did not break. In Panassonik, bread did not work out once - I did not insert a stirrer. And so ... No matter how smart it is, everything will be baked, even if it's a joint. Somehow I thought about it ... It turned out a rye pancake, but tasty! Now I started to jump out of the bucket badly ... I'm starting to save ... On Panassik.

I bake white bread, with kneading, once or twice a week, once a week I knead yeast dough, bake buns both in the KhP and in the grill, once or twice a month I bake some muffins, but it's easier to knead them with my hands, I make yogurt and cottage cheese regularly once or twice a week, but I regularly cook and carcass meat and vegetables. I used to knead dumplings dough in HP, now I have adapted to blender in 21 seconds, it's stupidly faster, I just bake rye bread in the oven, knead it with my hands. Something like that.

In terms of baking

Redmond is more picky about auto programs than Panasonic. Despite the fact that the modes are comparable in time, the redmond has a more aggressive kneading, and the main program has a shorter proofing. It is necessary to adapt more closely to the regimes.
For Panasik, if you subtract the standing time, you get the main cycle - 3 hours 30 minutes in winter, dietary (whole grain) - 4 hours, rye 2.45, French 5 hours 20 minutes.
Redmond has the main 3 hours, as well as whole grain (dietary) - 4 hours. Rye - 3 hours, French - 4 hours.

That is, there is no longest auto program like Panasik at 5.20, and there is no standing, which annoys some, but it does not allow beginners to make a mistake with the temperature of the ingredients. The oven will heat up by itself if milk is poured from the refrigerator.
However, Redmont has a programmable multi-baker, it will cover all the shortcomings of auto-programs and allow an advanced user to create their own settings, but I doubt they will be able to use it.
The request was for the simplest operation.

Three years intensively and without breakage very attractive. Availability multi also attractive. There is flexibility!!! in the settings for composing your own modes.
But using this technique much more difficult Panasonic for an elderly person. And without additional movements, you cannot get the result as in Panasonic.

I have a cartoon Redmond -02, my favorite and the norms of the year 1.5 work for sure, then everyone took it then, you can find it in the discussions. X / stove Redmond 1906 - more than 3 years for sure, I also wrote here when I bought it. There are no complaints, the norms work, only I did not cook porridge in it, and did not make yoghurts. Write objective information, a person about your budget, and you tell her about Panasonic.

Write objective information,
Svetlana Mazqarovna, objectively: I had 3 hp, mystery, redmond and panasik, subjectively, from my experience: redmond turned out to be the most unsuccessful (still alive but bakes badly, I use it as a dough mixer for pies), mystery was better (my first hp, flowed a bucket after a year of operation, I could not replace it - there are no such buckets, but the baking is good), accordingly - Panasik is the best, and the price for Avito is quite democratic. Perhaps I was not lucky with a specific stove, but where is the guarantee that Larissa will be lucky, but such problems do not happen with Panasiks. But Redmond's multi is good, I admit it. If you buy an old man a stove and don’t like the bread, then he will not bake at all, here it’s probably necessary
Svetlana Mazqarovna
Scarlett didn't work for me for a year, Atlanta - 1 month, Redmond - pah-pah. It's just that a person does not have money for Panasonic, an alternative is needed. Redmond has a lot of ovens, only some power is small, you need more than 500. Phillips does not have a separate program Baking is a huge minus. There are many reviews of stoves, you need to study the reviews.

Yes lan, bread is bread.I don’t know what kind of hdeb it turns out in Panasonic, but now I don’t buy a store one, I eat my own current - which one turns out, that’s what I eat.
I don’t need your wonderful Panasonic, even with a surcharge, I don’t like its design and "slow thinking" at all, I don’t like it when the equipment commands me, I turn on my HP and it works, and does not get naughty because of cold milk.

Why Panasonic? For example, I have both Bork and Binaton 2169 - both with two buckets. Bork is expensive, of course, but I don't recommend it - I have already replaced the square bucket - it flowed after a couple of years of operation, and has been plowing for several years now. And Binatosha is generally a wonderful stove, one bucket for 2 loaves is small, the second is large, I knead the dough in it. Now I looked at the prices - it is quite possible to keep within 5 thousand! It also contains the Russian baker program - that is, self-programming!
sabava
Larisa7777, have you considered the kneader? Moreover, mom has baking experience. I have Hitachi and LG, but I like the bread from the oven.
fffuntic

The brand, which I love dearly, which is so customizable to any desire, I also gave a friend to my friend to celebrate. And she is very young, but she did not want to bother with programming, and she does not like bread on automatic programs.
My aunt is farther than a couple of basic programs and does not want to know anything, even a "kolobok" will never be forced to explore. He wants to - put it in, poke it and let the stove do it perfectly by itself.
Mom didn’t even like Panasonic, to measure something, some restrictions. Only with handles and in the oven, with creativity They do not want to know any scales.

Therefore, it is difficult to predict how any multi-bakers will suit Larisa's relatives. Multi-baker, this is already strained for someone.
The question is about the simplest, but solid stove. Stuffed in groceries how-thread and that from the nearest store the most ordinary, not all sorts of Nordics, poked in one button and she is inbitly baked. And so that the bucket does not flow in a year or two and does not have to sit on the forum for six months, learn to tame HP

I didn’t know what it was for household use. I will definitely look, thank you very much! Moreover, my mother's gas oven bakes well. The main problem is in kneading the dough, it is because of this procedure that I am looking for a unit to make life easier.

An average dough mixer costs around 9-10 tons of rubles (like Klatronic and others)
I have this unit, the bread maker kneads better.
Again, for baking in the oven, you need a form, preferably cast iron
IP
Gorenje BM900 WII, take it you won't regret it! Excellent and inexpensive! There is a kneading mode! There are baked goods separately!

And it costs 3400!
