Chocolate gingerbreads in glaze

Ingredients

* Milk 250 ml.
* Sugar 200 BC
* Egg 1 PC.
* Vegetable oil 40 ml.
* Salt 1/4 tsp
* Flour 475-500 g.
* Soda 2/3 tsp
* Baking powder 1 tsp
* Cocoa 1.5-2 th. l.
GLAZE:
* Sugar 150 g
* Water 75 ml.

Cooking method

  • Gingerbread:
  • Sift 200 g flour and 1 tsp into a bowl. baking powder (mix well) Sift cocoa here. Add salt and stir.
  • In another bowl, combine milk, sugar, egg and butter. Stir until the sugar is smooth and dissolved. Add slaked soda. Mix well.
  • Add dry mixture. Mix.
  • Introduce flour in parts. The dough should be thick and viscous.
  • Sprinkle with flour and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough in parts, dusting the work surface. Layer 1.5 cm.
  • Cut the gingerbread cookies with a notch. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  • Bake at T = 180-190 * C, 13-15 minutes.
  • Gingerbread, cool completely before glazing.
  • Glaze:
  • Cook over low heat for 13-15 minutes.
  • Grease a deep bowl with syrup.
  • Add 5-7 gingerbread cookies.
  • Pour some icing and stir until the gingerbread is completely covered with icing.
  • Place the glazed gingerbread cookies on the wire rack.
  • So it is necessary to "redeem" the whole party.

Note

I carry out the glazing procedure with rubber gloves.

I am reporting! The gingerbread cookies are VERY tasty! From my changes: I added a gingerbread mixture. Cloves, cardamom, pepper, cumin, ginger, nutmeg, ground orange peel, vanillin, cinnamon - 1 not a full teaspoon of this mixture. The rest is all according to the recipe. Cocoa 2 tbsp. spoons. Flour took 500 g. Hell at a temperature of 170 gr. 12 minutes. It turned out 48 pieces. The diameter of my cutting is 4.5 cm.The gingerbread cookies are exactly the same 4.5 cm wide, that is, they are do not blur... They go up in a dome - as it should be for gingerbread. I rolled the dough in thickness comparing it with my finger (as in the video) - a little higher than the finger. A couple of pieces cracked, the rest are just plain.
Not glazed yet. I think that when they stand up, they will be even brighter and tastier.
The oven is a must! Recommend!
