Ingredients

wheat flour 200 g
milk 35 ml
oil 60 g
sugar 40 g
dry yeast) 4 g

Cooking method

  • Making the dough.
  • Stir sugar and yeast in warm milk until the yeast dissolves. Add eggs and flour, and knead the dough (it will be tight and coarse).
  • Leave the dough to rest for 40 minutes. Then we begin to knead a smooth and tender dough (I did it in a bread maker), adding a little soft butter.
  • We transfer the dough into a bowl, cover it with cling film and leave it to rise for about an hour and a half, maybe more. During this time, the dough should double in volume.
  • Making the filling.
  • Grind the chocolate and peanuts, add the peanut butter, mix well.
  • Baking preparation and baking
  • Knead the dough that has come up and divide into 3 parts.
  • Stretch each part into a long rectangle (slightly larger than the shape).
  • We spread the filling from one edge along the entire length of the rectangle and close it with dough so that the filling is inside. We get three long bundles. We braid the plaits into a braid.
  • We put in a greased form and leave for proofing (the workpiece should increase in volume by one and a half times).
  • Lubricate with a beaten egg and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until tender. I had to lower the temperature to 180 C, as the loaf began to brown very quickly, so look in your oven.
  • Cool and serve.
