Experienced housewives, please advise a multicooker! I have been suffering for a month already, I tried to buy the xl stock twice, but it came with a bad lid. I feel I can't cope without your help.

The main tasks are yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, ham, pilaf, milk porridge, rice.
Now I live with the first small Panasonic.
I want as much volume as possible so as not to mess around with cottage cheese and cheese often.

Please give me a tip, which, besides the shields, still have a temperature adjustment of 1-2 degrees, and not five?
It is also desirable that this could be put in a multi-cooker in stages, so that first yoghurt can be obtained at its own temperature, and then automatically switched to cottage cheese.
To turn off the auto-heating.
So that the lid can be washed normally.
But to have a folding mode - there is not enough space on the table.

Thank you and happy!

If I'm not mistaken, Redmond has models with a step in degrees

Thanks for answers!

Irsha, yes, she looked, there were interesting options for homemade cheese dairies (I had not tracked for a long time), but this is for the future, now it was a multi-cooker that was needed to replace the historical Panasonic.

Alex - something doesn't go towards Redmond at all, some kind of personal bias. Although now I'm choosing a blender and I understand that I need to take Redmond.

In general, I had to compromise with the cartoon, I took Tefal RK812132. Played a discount and burning bonuses thanks, with them it turned out for only 4500.
I've already tried making yogurt - great! But I did not understand the cottage cheese mode, it practically did not warm up a full pot.
As a result, I cooked cottage cheese as in Panasonic on porridge mode (in Panasonic - milk porridge).

I have already measured that the Teskomovskaya ham maker just fits due to the high lid, I think the 80-degree mode should be suitable.
It's a shame that there is no temperature adjustment at least in 5 steps, but I knew that ...

Suddenly it was pleasant to fry in it, never fried in a slow cooker. The temperature of 160 is what is needed for frying in olive oil, which, it seems, cannot be heated over 180. Moreover, this is exactly frying, not stewing, but very gentle, without overcooking. The onion and liver turned out superb - I didn't expect it.

I cooked black rice, water remained at the bottom, this is not yet clear.

And I even baked a cupcake - wonderful, airy, soft and a little moist - I really like these. From the oven, according to the same recipe, it turned out to be dry.

There were doubts about the lid, that there is no condensate collector - in general, it's okay, it flows down into the holes, and from there I blot.

The window is by no means useless in the baking mode - it is visible.
The removable cover pleases.
Let's see, I hope everything will continue to be OK.

And so - handsome, simple, clear menu.
