  • This cocktail salad is fancy. The quantity and volume of ingredients are deliberately not indicated. It all depends on the size of the portion and the volume of the bowl.
  • Defrost the shrimps. Remove shells. Boil in boiling salted water for no more than 2 minutes.
  • Peel the squids. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Cut into strips.
  • Defrost the sticks. Cut into oblique strips.
  • Cut the cucumbers and peeled avocado into small cubes.
  • Fold in a bowl (or glass) in arbitrary layers.
  • Mix the ingredients for the sauce and place on top, gently, with a spoon.
  • Decorate with quail egg, red caviar and shrimp.

Delicious, but oyster sauce is exotic for us, I suspect that the store does not even suspect about the existence of such. Probably it is possible without him or?

Natasha, and pickles, as in this salad, play to taste, it seems to me that fresh is better?

Sold in AUCHAN.

I think you can add a little soy sauce (if only it was not liquid)

Fresh cucumber will clog the avocado flavor, but pickled cucumber will not. Plus Mar. a cucumber will add spice and a certain amount of salinity to the salad, while fresh will add nothing but aroma (and its aroma is superfluous here)
BUT ... since I have already said that this cocktail salad is fancy, then every housewife is free to experiment. If you want something fresh, you have to try it. We found our own version and were delighted.

Natalka, thanks for the detailed answer, I'll do it somehow. But we don't have Auchan. Well, okay, let's figure it out, and if I get to Auchan someday, in which department should I look for the sauce?

Irish, in the department, in the area of spices and specials. sauces. I also bought Worcester sauce and soy Sen-sei there.
