Ingredients

For the test
kefir 400 ml
eggs c-0 2 pieces
sugar 200 grams
odorless vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
premium wheat flour 350 grams
salt pinch
soda 1/3 teaspoon
baking powder 1 teaspoon
vanillin 1 sachet
For filling and impregnation
boiled condensed milk 1 can
hot water 300 ml
egg yolks c-0 2 pieces
premium wheat flour 50 grams
sugar 1 tablespoon
mold with a diameter of at least 22 cm (better silicone)

Cooking method

  • Put soda in kefir, stir, leave for 5-10 minutes.
  • Beat eggs with sugar until white. Put in kefir.
  • Add oil, stir.
  • Put salt and baking powder in flour.
  • Pour the flour mixture into the kefir, stirring well each time.
  • Grease the form a little with vegetable oil.
  • Pour out the dough.
  • Place on a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 60-70 minutes.
  • Willingness to test with a stick.
  • Remove the finished cake from the oven, cool slightly in the form. Then gently remove from the mold and cool on a board or wire rack.
  • Cut the cooled cake into 3 parts.
  • The cakes are porous, well baked.

  • Dry and make crumbs, it will come in handy during assembly.
  • While the cake is cooling, make the impregnation and filling.
  • Put the condensed milk from the jar in a bowl, fill it with hot water and mix well until the condensed milk is completely dissolved.
  • We pour 125 ml of the resulting mixture, it will go for impregnation.
  • Grind the yolks and sugar in a saucepan. Add flour, mix.
  • Pour the rest of the mixture of water and condensed milk in a thin stream, stir well.
  • If lumps remain, it is better to rub through a sieve.
  • Then boil over low heat until thickened, stirring all the time.
  • Cool down a bit and start collecting the cake.
  • Put the first cake on a plate, soak it well. Then we spread 1/3 of the filling and distribute it evenly over the entire surface.
  • Then we put the second cake layer, we also saturate and coat 1/3 of the filling.
  • Close with a third cake layer, coat the top and sides of the cake, and sprinkle everything with crumbs.
  • Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for several hours. Better at night.
