Note

I was visiting Yuska's friend, drinking delicious tea and watching Yusya prepare a side dish for tomorrow. The smell was amazing, but then I refused to try. But the thought of the dish did not let go. And so I tried it. It's very tasty and straight for girls ... I don't know where Yuska got the recipe! Thanks to Yusa and the author

God, what is the Internet doing to us! I kept staring, looking for an icon ... and this is a WORD !!!

Ketsal, again the question: do you really need to fry the cheese?

I am reporting.

Amazing!
Rosemary perfectly sets off the mold, but from the mold you need Dor blue, Roquefort will be too harsh! IMHO.
I didn’t fry the cheese (why?), But I did fry the nuts, so I will.
Chili is simply necessary for me in vegetable dishes, a little, so that there is a "warm" pungency, not hot.

A properly chilled Pinot Grigio or Soave would work better, I only had Chardonnay, but it is slightly "empty" for this dish.

I don't have the right to insert a photo yet (or haven't I found it again?), So take my word for it!
thanks for the recipe!
