Ingredients

Cottage cheese in a briquette (5%) 400 g
Yogurt (no additives) 60-80 gr
Oat flakes (milled) 100 g
Rice flour 12 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Sweetener (I have FitParad) Taste
Salt Pinch
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanillin 1.5 g
Filling:

Cooking method

  • 1. Grind oatmeal.
  • 2. Mix all ingredients (except jam) and knead the dough.
  • The dough molds well, does not stick to hands.
  • The dough should be soft, elastic, not very tough. Adjust the softness with yogurt. More or less you need depends on the brand and thickness of the yoghurt and your flour.
  • 3. Divide into equal parts, roll into a ball, flatten and put on a baking sheet, on a Teflon mat (or paper), without greasing.
  • 4. Make a depression in the middle (I did it with the bottom of the glass), put the filling there.
  • I have part of the filling ready (from Jerusalem artichoke), bought in the healthy food department, and the second part was cooked by me. From raspberries. I boiled raspberries a little with sahzam and agar-agar, boiled them and put them in cheesecakes. Still lightly sprinkled with ground nuts.

  • 5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 grams for 25-30 minutes (focus on your oven).
  • Do not overdry! As they are browned, so are ready!

I put sweetness only when there is yeast in the recipe, for their activity.

And FitParad can be distinguished by its sweetness and composition. The most frequently used FitParad 7, it is 7 times sweeter than sugar (hence the norm, how much to put approximately), there is FP 10 (it is 10 times sweeter than sugar), there is FP 14. There is also Stevioside - it is sweeter than sugar in 300 (!! !) times. There is Erythritol (it is sweet, like sugar 1: 1) but does not have an off-flavor, like FP with stevia. There are syrups of Jerusalem artichoke, date, carob, etc. Pekmezes are different. A lot of everything. I use and use everything! I don't add syrups / pekmez to the creams, the structure is broken (there are more liquids) and the creams may not keep their shape. I love sucralose or stevioside drops (liquid) very much. The concentration is good, you just need a couple of drops, it is convenient and there is no aftertaste.
