Ingredients

butter for lubrication
powdered sugar optional

Cooking method

  • First, prepare the filling (you can prepare it in advance).
  • Peel the apples (for me), cut into small cubes. Simmer a little either in a frying pan, with the addition of water and sugar, or, as I did, in the microwave. I sprinkled the apples with a little sugar, covered the container with a lid and steamed at a power of 700 watts for 5 minutes.
  • Throw the finished apples in a colander to drain the juice.

I made my own "probe". The bread rolled out hard, probably dryish, next time I'll grease it with something. Filling: grated Adyghe cheese, mixed with an egg. While I was doing exercises (15 minutes), the cheese absorbed the egg - the filling turned out to be very thick. I applied the filling over the entire surface, sprinkled with sugar. I finely crumbled the scraps of the crust (the toad chokes to throw out the scraps, just kidding) and sprinkled it too over the entire surface, because I understand that in the process of cooking cheese + egg + sugar - there will be liquid, so these crusts will take it over. I folded it in half, the bread parted slightly at the fold - it was still dry. Fried on both sides in butter. Gently-soft-crunchy ... My husband said it tastes better than any cheesecake pie.
