Liver waffles

Ingredients

Beef liver 1 kg
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Flour 3-4 tbsp. l. with a slide
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • 1. Peel the liver from the film, cut into small pieces and puree with a blender.
  • 2. Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  • 3. Fry vegetables in a frying pan in a little vegetable oil until soft.
  • 4. Puree the prepared vegetables with a blender.
  • 5. Connect the liver and vegetables.
  • 6. Add salt, flour, mix thoroughly.
  • 7. Leave on for 30 minutes.
  • 8. Bake in a multi-baker on a thick waffle plate. Spread 1 tbsp. l. with a large slide. Baking time is 5 minutes.

Hepatic waffles turned out to be the softest and most delicious. No excess fat. And the child, who usually does not eat the liver, ate with pleasure.

And it will work with chicken! But I don't really like chicken, since it tastes a little bitter when cooked, and often poultry offal is contaminated with salmonella. We prefer veal liver, it tastes better and safer with it :-)

Is the chicken liver bitter? She usually does not suffer from this.
And about salmonella some kind of passion. She goes through the vet. control and you don't eat it raw. It is fried and boiled, that is, it undergoes heat treatment, Salmonella, even if it is (let's say), is killed.
Don't be so categorical about chicken, you can suspect all sorts of byaki in any meat product.

I am not at all categorical about chicken liver. It's just that not so long ago in the news (on the first channel!) They talked about the fact that chicken offal in Russia is often contaminated. Everyone's taste is also different, I feel a bitterness, some don't ... This is where personal preferences are formed. The taste and color, as they say ... In general, I am for the variety in everything and for the choice for everyone :-)) Chicken will work too :-)




But damn it, I like beef more :-)) Do not take it as something personal! I am for peace! :-)))

When I cook chicken liver, I carefully look at the presence of green blotches and cut out these places. It is contact with the gallbladder, which imparts bitterness. Pork liver can taste bitter sometimes, but I don't buy it either beef or chicken.
