Today I also cooked chicken thighs, although there is no peanut pasta at home, but I had to quickly cook something. Thighs marinated in soy sauce from yesterday in the refrigerator stood. And my oven is big, the one in the gas stove is a big problem, so I don't do anything in it either. I had to bake in a mini desktop oven. When I baked it the last time, I covered it with foil for a while so that the top would not burn. The tabletop oven is only 30 liters and the shades are close, but I always put the mold on the middle level.As a result, the baking time is over, and at the bottom of the form is full of liquid, the legs have given up all the juices, maybe the water is packed. I tried to add baking time to evaporate excess liquid, but this is not an option, the meat is digested. Sometimes I take out a mold with chicken legs (there is always a lot of liquid at the bottom of the mold), drain the liquid and bake for another 10 minutes. And today I decided to do without foil, hoping that this way the liquid would evaporate faster. And also ... I decided to add the whole marinade in which the legs were marinated directly into the mold so that the legs would be baked right in this marinade. I saw it in one video. As a result, the legs are ready, and yes, the bottom of the liquid with the dopic marinade, and from this the bottom of the legs is wet, which did not suit me. I drained the marinade and made a sauce from it, adding starch. And the chicken legs for another 10 minutes in the desktop stove and, alas, they are slightly fried, burnt at the top, but not at all critical. I have already tried it, the taste is amazing. Photos from the phone, in a hurry, already in the evening under lighting, well, they burned slightly from above (not as in the photo, but less, that is, the skin did not burn), so do not judge strictly. I will still work on the cooking technology ... since I still have dances with tambourines. Well, what to do, until I changed the gas. stove, I want a combined with el. oven (I haven't decided exactly which one, I would like with a temperature of 50 degrees, maybe it will be possible to make ham in it), it can always be rearranged if the kitchen furniture is different or it is arranged differently.
