Natalia., I cooked and used. But still, store-bought molasses is better. Molasses is a departure from sugar production. I buy beet because there is no other, but ideally cane.

I slightly deviated from the recipe - I used only whole grain flour, replaced part of the kefir (2 tablespoons) with sunflower oil and did not put pepper.
It turned out a delicious muffin, which did not live up to the second baking
I will definitely bake some more!
