  • We mix butter, kefir, sugar and soda. Add flour, stir well. You can add vanillin and raisins if desired. It is not necessary to use a blender / mixer; it is sufficient to manually use a spoon or whisk. The dough is pleasant, without lumps, as thick as thick sour cream.

  • I have a Shteba waffle iron 35, but it doesn't matter. Can be used in any other thick waffle maker.
