Today I made scones, just currants lying in the freezer every year. True, there was no sour cream, and it was replaced with cream diluted with milk. The recipe is very successful. Cooking is really very fast, and most importantly, very soft and juicy products are obtained. Exactly as in the photo. Angela, thanks for the recipe. I recommend to everyone

I also spoiled the boys with scones today. True, it turned out a little clumsy, but tasty. The only thing, I forgot to sprinkle sugar on top. And now I'm thinking, can I replace currants with raspberries? My gentlemen turned out to be sour currants. But there was only one left.
Angela, thanks for the recipe again.

It's time to empty the freezer for future harvest. Therefore, today there are scones, but with raspberries. Baked in the Princess.
Crispy on top, soft inside, also with a slight crunch from raspberry pits. Raspberries are almost invisible, there is a slight sourness and a peculiar taste. Reminiscent of diet baked goods.
Outwardly, too, worthy.
Ran in gratitude
