Rossini cocktail

Ingredients

Strawberry puree 6 K. l.
Sparkling wine (Prosecco) 120 ml
For strawberry puree:
Fresh strawberries 50 g
Lemon juice several drops
Sugar syrup taste
Ice

Cooking method

  • To prepare strawberry puree, we sort out fresh strawberries, wash, dry and punch with a blender. Add lemon juice. Beat again. And if the puree is not sweet, you can add sugar syrup to taste. Sometimes I just add icing sugar, it dissolves better.
  • Put ice, strawberry puree in a shaker. Pour sparkling wine. Shake to cool the mixture and strain through a strainer (sieve) into a champagne glass - flute.
  • You can decorate with strawberries.
  • Have fun!

Note

If there is no cocktail spoon (l.), The proportions per serving are as follows: 1 part strawberry puree, 2 parts sparkling.
In strawberry season - a cocktail. And even if the sparkling "disappears", as I usually do.
