Wheat flour 225 g
Rye flour 325 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
Rye malt 4 tbsp. l. (40 g)
Boiling water for malt 80 ml
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Coriander 1 tsp
Water 330 ml

Cooking method

  • Important: Pour boiling water over the malt, mix well, cool.
  • The recipe is taken from the instructions. I do it strictly according to the instructions, but instead of coriander I put flax seeds. I don't interfere with the program. However, if you do not follow the kolobok, the roof may become uneven.
  • Program No. 9 - there is no way to correct the weight / crust. And don't forget to put a special spatula for rye bread.
  • The order of laying the ingredients: yeast, rye flour, wheat flour, salt, seeds, honey, water, malt, oil.
  • The bread always turns out and is always delicious.

I put the rye first.
I am sure that it is possible and vice versa - it does not matter what kind of flour is from below.

The main thing is that there is no liquid at the bottom, this has a bad effect on the bucket (on the gland seal, which are around the shaft for the blade).

Thank you, the family really liked this option, baked it several times. If you put more honey, you get a dessert) I did it, however, with liquid kvass wort, I still have to try to find rye malt.
