Sprinkle the work surface with flour and stretch 1 TZ weighing 250 g into a circle with a diameter of 20-22 cm.Leave the border high, more than 1 cm for Neapolitan pizza, if you are preparing Roman pizza, then just press the edges, forming an even layer of dough.

Use a form that you can then put in an oven preheated to 250 C. It is also important to determine in advance whether the size and height of the pan is suitable in order to enter the very top of your oven without interference. I just used a pizza mat and put the dough on it in the pan, and then transferred it to the baking sheet.
    Pizza. Imitation wood stovePlace the TK directly on a preheated plate or skillet and smooth the edges. Continue cooking on the hotplate.
    Pizza. Imitation wood stoveNow act quickly: take the prepared sauce and pour about half of the total volume into the center of the TK, leave the edge (cornice) of the TK unaffected. Add more olive oil if necessary.
  • Check the bottom of the TK by slightly lifting the edge, you will see that it is slightly toasted. Within a minute and a half, the pizza has already increased in size. Switch off the hotplate.

Bake an additional 1 minute or less with the grill, until the mozzarella is melted and the cornice is burnt. I cooked a little longer without grilling and until the pizza is brown as desired.
