Therefore, fermented milk fermentation in lactose-free milk can proceed without any problems. Glucose and other sugars that can be converted to glucose are there! Bacteria have something to ferment! And fermentation is not named for milk sugar (lactose). And in honor of the fermentation product - lactic acid.
