Chicken curd soufflé with pumpkin for baby and diet food

Ingredients

minced chicken breast 300-350 grams
cottage cheese in packs 2 pieces - 360 grams
egg c-0 2 pieces
fresh pumpkin (zucchini) 100-150 grams
salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • Put cottage cheese and yolks in the minced meat, salt, add spices if desired, mix well.
  • Add pumpkin, chopped into small pieces or coarsely grated. Stir well again.
  • Beat the whites into a strong foam, gently add to the total mass, moving from bottom to top.
  • Put in a deep mold.
  • Put the form in a deep baking sheet or in a larger form and pour hot water, not reaching the edge of the container with minced meat 2-3 cm.
  • Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees on a medium level.
  • Cook for about an hour, until the top crust is lightly browned.
  • Remove from water.
  • Cool in shape.
  • Serve with low-fat sour cream or natural yogurt.
