Ingredients

Cottage cheese 250 g

Salt pinch
Vanillin 2 g
Baking powder 12 g
Wheat flour 250 g
1 yolk or 2 tbsp. l milk for greasing buns
Sesame seeds, poppy seeds, nuts, or cinnamon with sugar (your choice) for sprinkling on petals
Any thick cream, boiled condensed milk, chocolate paste or thick jam (optional) for the middle of the flower
