Creole / cajun seasoning

Ingredients

paprika 1.5 tbsp. l.
coarse rock salt 1 tbsp. l.
garlic powder 1 tbsp. l.
onion powder 1/2 tbsp. l.
ground black pepper 1/2 tbsp. l.
Cayenne pepper 1/2 tbsp. l.
oregano 1/2 tbsp. l.
thyme 1/2 tbsp. l.
basil 1/2 tbsp. l.
white pepper 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Measure all ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Transfer to a jar or container.
  • Close tightly.
