Ingredients

yogurt or kefir 500 ml
eggs 2 pcs.
corn grits or flour 65 g
wheat flour 1 s. 285 g
salt 0.5 tsp
lemon acid 0.5 tsp
soda 1 tsp
vegetable oil for frying how much is required.

Cooking method

  • If you do not have corn flour, then grind corn grits in a coffee grinder and immediately add kefir. Leave it to swell for 10-15 minutes.
  • If there is corn grits, then the whole process is simplified to a disgrace.
  • Stir the eggs in kefir, add all the other ingredients and stir quickly. We do it quickly, without fanaticism. If any lumps remain, then you will not find them.

  • But such pancakes are obtained if you bake them in a dry frying pan. So it is possible, with one batch, to please different tastes.

Note
