Ingredients

Water 250 ml
Flour / s 300 g
Rye flour 145 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
Salt 1.75 tsp
Fast acting yeast 1.5 tsp
Kvass wort concentrate (with malt content) 1.5 tbsp. spoons
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Pour lukewarm water into the mold (not boiled or filtered)
  • Add all the products in the list there. I pour oil and concentrate in the corners.

A bit dense, but if the dough is made weaker, then the roof drops a little .. I adjusted it for this x. n .. If I baked in a Russian oven, I would make the dough differently and the result would be different.
