And I made meatballs, I decided to add buckwheat to the minced meat, but not instead of rice, but together, in half. I liked it very much, I brought buckwheat with rice to a boil, cooled it and added it to the minced meat. There are not many, 3-4 spoons, I decided to add tomato + sour cream to the gravy, the taste and consistency turned out to be just super. Thick gravy and sort of a side dish is already in it. Maybe someone like this idea.
