Cooking method

  • I got the recipe from Lazerson. Today I did. The son said: delicious. So I decided to share.
  • First you need to fry the onions. Not much. Then add to the onion and fry the coarsely chopped mushrooms. Of course, you can take wild mushrooms instead of champignons. At the end, put in the mushrooms and stir a couple of teaspoons of flour to lightly glue the filling. Finally add the processed cheese cut into small cubes. I put in a piece of sausage. Well, salt, pepper, of course.
  • Then cut into cubes and fry the chicken breast. I got two pieces. I also sprinkled them with spices. Place a sheet of baking paper on an inverted baking sheet and roll out a layer of ready-made puff pastry thinly enough on it. I took from Zvezdny. Put mushrooms in the middle of this layer and tamp them slightly. Put the chicken breast on top of the mushrooms and cover with grated cheese. This will prevent the filling from crumbling when cutting the roll into pieces. The filling lies in the middle of the layer.
  • Now cut the dough free from the filling obliquely with a knife, strips to the left and right of the filling to the edge of the dough layer. My strips were two centimeters wide.   • Now it's time to swaddle the filling. We simply raise the end part of the dough, and weave a pigtail from the rest of the strips, lifting them and applying either the left or the right strip to the filling. We also lift the second end part up and lightly fasten it.Then grease with a slightly beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. We bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Lazerson advised oven on an inverted baking sheet, since it is easier to remove the finished roll.
