Hello. I have a Redmond multicooker. If anyone is interested - when you put milk on baked milk - please remember a simple recipe.

Every multicooker has a steaming basket. So, so that the milk does not "run away", pour two to one and a half fingers below the bottom of the basket. And put immediately in the "extinguishing" mode for 6 hours. Believe me, it has been tested on my own experience.

Then, if you want to get a razhenka, just wait until it cools down to room temperature, strain off the foams, wash the multicooker bowl, pour milk back, add any sourdough (yogurt, sour cream) and turn on the "heating" mode for 20-25 minutes. And after turning off, let it cool in a multicooker.
