Oreo-tiramisu cake

Ingredients

For the first cream:
Yolks 3 pcs
Sugar 45 g
Cream cheese 225 g
Cream 33% 225 g
Gelatin 12 g
Vanillin sachet
Salt pinch
For the second cream:
Cream 33% 230 g
Sugar # 25
To soak cookies:
Coffee 50 ml
Biscuits
Shape 18 cm

Cooking method

  • Oreo-tiramisu cake
    Whisk cold cream with sugar until stiff peaks for cream 2. Pour gelatin with 50 ml of water and leave to swell. Prepare sweet coffee and cool.
  • Oreo-tiramisu cake
    Pour the yolks into a bowl. Add sugar, salt, vanillin. Mix. Place the bowl in a water bath. Heat continuously whisking for 3-4 minutes.

    Stir the cheese well and add the whipped yolks to it, mix.

    Pour the mixture into lightly whipped cream. Mix everything well. Melt the gelatin and pour into the cream while stirring.
  • Oreo-tiramisu cake
    Dip cookies double or single (without cream) in coffee and put in a mold. Pour half of the number 1 cream on it.

    And on top put half of cream number 2. Smooth out.

    Remove in the cold until completely solidified. Decorate the finished cake.
