Lelka, in general, I made it with fatty meat, the chip is in hot 'pickling' in wine (I have my own, homemade), there is a note in evaporated alcohol. And sour cream / cream there is a special difference ... well, not so "in French" of course, well, we don't have their cheese either. In general, I thickened everything a little with crackers, I like it so much. And with potatoes it was necessary to get confused so that it would not fall apart into the trash, wash out the excess starch (soak in cold water and / or boil for a couple of three minutes).
