Carrot cake with pineapple or nuts in Breville slow cooker 3.5 l

Ingredients

Flour 250 g
Pineapple juice or buttermilch 75 ml
Eggs 2 pcs.
Brown sugar 100 g
Vegetable oil 125 ml
Fresh carrots 150 g
Canned pineapples or walnuts 50 g
Salt pinch
Cinnamon pinch
Ground nutmeg pinch
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Glaze:
Powdered sugar 100 g
Cream cheese 100 g
Butter (melt) 50 g

Cooking method

Grease the slow cooker and cover with baking paper.
Grate the carrots on the finest grater. Cut the pineapples into small pieces. Chop the nuts small.
Mix flour with dry ingredients.
Beat eggs with sugar, pineapple juice (buttermilk) and vegetable oil. Add grated carrots and pineapples (nuts). Combine everything with flour and knead a smooth dough.
Place the dough in a slow cooker ceramic bowl. Bake on HIGH mode for 2-2.5 hours. Willingness to check with a wooden skewer. The dough should not stick to it. The skewer should come out dry.
Prepare the icing. Stir cream cheese and powdered sugar with melted butter. Cover the cooled cake with icing.
