Bread pudding with berries in the Kitfort slow cooker 205

Ingredients

White bread, yesterday's. 160 BC
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sour cream 70 g
Milk 100g.
Sugar, I have plus 3 sachets Fitparad 8, in the fill 25g.
Any berries, fruits. (I have cherries and strawberries, frozen) 250-300g.
Butter 25g.
Filling sugar (to taste) 50g.

Cooking method

I brought a delicious, and not at all complicated recipe for our favorite saucepan - baby Kit.

You can also cook it in the oven.

If you are "bored" of bread, as happened with me, then this recipe is just the way.

It's simple.

Cut the bread into a cup. Mix for pouring: eggs, sour cream, milk and sugar.

Grease the bowl with oil. Mix the bread with the filling and place in a bowl.

While the bread is soaked, prepare the filling: Put butter and sugar in a saucepan, heat to "foam".

Add berries / fruits, bring to a boil, and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Pour the filling over the bread, close the lid. Mode "High", 1.5 hours, I had pudding for 2 hours, and slightly overcooked. And then another 45 minutes on "Low". You have to look at the time, all the slow ones are different though. Next time we need to see - how?

The pudding is delicious and aromatic! Ideally serve warm with a scoop of ice cream, mmmm. Help yourself!
