Pita bread in Ninja
I used a Ninja blender to knead the dough. I installed a dough knife in the processor. I poured flour, added salt and oil.

I poured in boiling water and immediately turned on the Low mode.

After 30 seconds, the dough was ready.

Roll the dough into a ball and place it in a bag for 20-30 minutes
Pita bread in Ninja
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, about 71-72 g each. Roll it into balls and leave it in a bag so that the dough does not dry out.
Preheat pot with crispy basket. Air Crisp mode, T-210 degrees, 10 minutes. And Grill on Bake mode, T-190 degrees until the signal.

She rolled the cakes one by one. The board was pre-greased with olive oil. The diameter of the cake is about 15 cm, the thickness is 3 mm.

In the grill, the cake looked like this after 2 minutes. Turned over.
First, I set the grill to a different Air Fry mode and T -240 degrees. But in this mode, the cake did not have time to "puff", quickly fried. I reduced the temperature to 200 - the result was not satisfied, so I switched to Bake, reducing the temperature to 190 degrees. The baking time was 5-6 minutes. The cake "puffed up" unevenly. We still have to play with the Grill. A completely different picture in the pan!

This is how the cake looks after 3 minutes. You don't have to turn it over.

Lerele
Cvetaal, super awesome cakes !!! If there is still filling in them, then in general there will be a dream!
We ate the most delicious pita in Sicily, where we did not cut it in half, but filled the whole pita directly, there was a cut on the side. I still remember how delicious it was, but I didn't fry it myself, I have to start !!
With you you can buy a grill and a blender, although I don't need
Cvetaal

Thanks for the recipe!

Anastasia, I really hope that everything will work out! In the original, the author bakes in a frying pan.
Tashenka
Svetulya, will it work in the chapatnitsa? What do you think? Very nice and functional cakes.
Cvetaal
Tashenka, Natasha, I have no chapatnitsa, so I can only theoretically assume that it should work out. The author of the recipe bakes in a regular frying pan. Thanks for attention!
