As soon as the dough is gathered into a ball, it's done. The dough will be medium in density and sticky. Transfer the dough to a bag sprinkled with flour and tie it up. You need to take a larger package so that the dough fits. Put the package in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

Take out the finished dough and leave it on the table to warm up a little. Knead the dough a little and add raisins, dried apricots, etc.
Curd yeast cake
Knead the dough a little to distribute the raisins.
Curd yeast cake
Divide the dough into parts and round each part and put in a mold. By volume, the dough should take up a little less than half of the mold. Cover with a towel and proof. As the dough rises almost to the top, grease the cakes with yolk mixed with milk and bake at 170 grams until tender. Cool and decorate the finished cakes.

Volgas, thanks for the recipe! The cakes turned out to be fragrant and beautiful. The dough is very pleasant and light. Cooking is a pleasure. Have not tried it yet, but I'm convinced it's delicious!

The photo, unfortunately, does not convey beauty. But I am such a poor photographer.

Katerina. TO,
Oh, already baked! And the dough is waiting for me in the refrigerator, I kneaded it yesterday night, now I’ll go to bake.

Volgas, I tried, could not resist .. I ate a little. It is delicious! A real cake. Delicious, moderately sweet. A little dryish crumb, but this is solely because both large and small baked together. The little ones should have been taken out of the oven earlier. But again, the taste of real Easter cake! I take recipes into my piggy bank!

Katerina, I'm glad you baked and shared your impressions. We, too, could not resist today and ate one of the same and another craffin.
